Living with Diabetes, Diet Ideas
When I was first diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes my doctor suggested that I lose weight and eat healthier. The diet he mentioned was the Mediterranean Diet. I purchased Nancy Harmon Jenkins’ The New Mediterranean Diet Cookbook, and it was with these recipes that I modified my diet to manage diabetes via diet and exercise. Although this is not a diet totally conducive to diabetes, it is a cookbook that I frequently go back to for ideals.
